What is The Time Limit for Return of Products ?

In 7 days except the following:

1. Items that have been used or opened
2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
3. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

How Refund is Given?
 
Once NearEshop initiates the refunds, it will reflect into your same account from which you have initiated the payments. It will take 7-8 working days to reflects the amount in your account.
Where Returns are not Eligible?
 
Gift Items, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
 
What is ‘Neareshop’ Replacement/Return Policy?
 

Within 1 days except the following:

1. Items that have been used or opened
2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
3. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.
However, there is a remote possibility that:

• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.

To get a replacement, email us at admin@neareshop.com with your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send

Replacement/Return Policy by Neareshop

• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.

To get a replacement, email us at admin@neareshop.com with your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send as per our Return Policy

For Full Refund : 

  • In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (1) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
  • Gift Items, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
