Put 1 glass of water 300ml in idli maker and warm it. Mix 800ml water with 2 tbsp oil in 500g. Rice idli instant mix and then leave the solution for 10 minutes. Grease the idli moulds with oil then pour the batter in the moulds and steam the idli in the idli maker. put it on high flame for 15 minutes until the idli is ready. serve the steaming hot idli with sambar and coconut chutney.
